Scripted and directed by Patricia How, and originally written in three acts after visiting Haworth Parsonage and being captivated by Anne Brontë’s story. Based on Anne’s book Agnes Grey, it is a deeply personal account of the social stigma and isolation governesses experienced in the nineteenth century. However, Agnes finds connection with someone who appreciates her as an equal. Would their different social status prevent them from true love? Anne’s delightful book needs a new audience!

How Do We Get Out of This! 

A new play written by Emily Malvizis addresses the vagaries, concerns, and dangers of modern dating – particularly online dating. It also explores some of the possible dramatic and scary outcomes, as well as how friendship can be strained as well as strengthened – showing how far one might go for a friend.
