Disgruntled sous-chef Cathy Marie leaves her job at a high-end gourmet eatery to pursue dreams of becoming head chef at her own restaurant, but when her plans don’t quite work out, she finds herself strapped for cash – and in a new job running the cafeteria at a local migrant shelter.

Cathy hates supervising a run-down kitchen that feeds hungry young men, but it’s not long before she realises that she can provide valuable life skills – and maybe learn something herself too!
