The Healing House - Дім зцілення

A family show for all ages 7 to 97 years!  The Healing House features incredible shadow puppetry, bunraku puppetry and live music played on the Bandura, a traditional Ukrainian folk instrument.

The performance celebrates the incredible story of Ukrainian folk artist Polina Rayko.  Polina picked up a paintbrush for the first time aged 69 and painted the interior of her house with stunning folk imagery.  This family performance and workshop celebrates her amazing creativity and involves young people in the final scene of the show.

The performance is suitable for integrated audiences of Ukrainian guests and non-Ukrainians.  The whole project is presented bilingually in English and Ukrainian.
