Pontnewydd Male Choir
Formed in 1904, the choir has raised thousands of pounds for worthy causes with performances throughout the UK, including The Royal Albert Hall; and has undertaken many foreign tours, including Canada, Germany, France, Czech Republic and the Normandy Beaches.
The choir’s varied repertoire will be complimented by guests Harriet Mountford (soprano) and Carlos Alonso (tenor) for an outstanding concert.
Harriet balances a busy and varied career of oratorio, recital and consort singing alongside her work as a teacher at King’s School, Rochester. Carlos is a recognised tenor voice in the South West, having sung with the Bath Philharmonia Orchestra and performed at the Bristol Beacon (formerly the Colston Hall).
It will be a wonderful evening, in aid of worthy charities that support Prostate Cancer Research
